Mr. ROBERT LUO -President
Robert Luo graduated from Wuhan University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering in July/1991. He is a Senior Engineer and TBM Consultant, possessing 35 years of professional experience, including 25 years specifically in TBM tunnel projects, 6 years in hydro-power development, and 4 years in solar and wind energy development. Throughout his career, he has held several key positions such as: TBM Manager for the CCS diversion tunnel project in Ecuador; Senior Engineer for the T217 subway project in Singapore; Chief Engineer and Project Manager for the Tibet Paimo TBM tunnel project in China; Senior Consultant for the Cefalu subway project in Italy; Project Manager for the Kaliwa TBM tunnel project in the Philippines; and Consultant for Power China. His extensive expertise not only encompasses rich experience in TBM tunneling but also establishes him as a specialist within this field. He has contributed to significant publications such as "TBM Tunneling Textbook" alongside Chengdu Water Resources and Hydro-power Exploration Design Institute, as well as "Operation Guidance of TBM Tunneling" for China Huaneng Group. Mr. Luo is committed to leveraging his talents and resources to lead all employees at our company towards delivering first-class services for urban construction projects across the Philippines, thereby contributing to urban development and economic growth while nurturing technical talent within this sector.
ALEX BARONIA - VP Operations
With over 22 years of extensive experience in quality and safety management, Alex Baronia is a seasoned professional who has dedicated the majority of his career to the construction industry. A graduate of the University of the East, Philippines (2002), Alex has built a distinguished career focused on implementing and overseeing operational and management best practices to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Throughout his career, Alex has undergone comprehensive training programs that have equipped him with the expertise necessary for leading successful operations and management implementations. His deep knowledge of industry standards and regulations, combined with his commitment to continuous improvement, has positioned him as a key figure in ensuring the seamless and safe operations of various projects.
Alex’s qualifications also include accreditation as a Lead Auditor for Quality Management Systems by several esteemed government organizations overseas. His leadership and attention to detail have been instrumental in driving quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency within the organizations he has worked with.
NAN MEIGUAN -Senior Engineer
Mr. Nan obtained his degree in Highway and Bridge Engineering from Shaanxi University of Railway Engineering and Technology in July 2007, followed by a degree in Transportation and Civil Engineering from Changsha University of Technology in December 2013. He is a senior engineer with 16 years of experience specializing in TBM tunnel boring of subway construction, which encompasses three years as an assistant engineer for the Shanghai subway project, five years as an engineer for the subways of Hangzhou and Changsha, three years serving as the chief engineer of the technical department for Guangzhou's subway project, and five years as a senior engineer for Xi’an’s subway projects. Mr. Nan has been deeply engaged in various aspects of the subway project, amassing significant expertise in construction management and TBM tunnel boring technology. He will provide invaluable technical support to enhance the company's subway initiatives.
TEODULO MOLINA -TBM Professional
Teodulo Molina is a highly motivated and experienced TBM professional with more than 20 years of proven success in the tunneling industry. He has a wide range of expertise in all aspects of TBM operations, including design, assembly, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. His strong leadership skills, proven ability to manage complex projects, and a commitment to safety and efficiency makes him to be one of the most sought after TBM Professional.
YIN SHENFU -TBM Equipment Engineer
Yin Shenfu graduated from Lanzhou Institute of Technology in 1991 and possesses 33 years of extensive experience in the maintenance and repair of TBM equipment. He has dedicated a significant portion of his career to this field, accumulating substantial expertise in both maintenance and management practices. Notably, he oversaw TBM equipment maintenance and repair for a decade and served as a TBM equipment engineer for 15 years. His familiarity with the performance, maintenance, and repair processes of various TBMs—including Herrenknecht, Robinson, CRCC, CREG, and Komatsu—enables him to swiftly diagnose and resolve equipment failures effectively. His contributions are vital to ensuring the seamless operation of TBM tunnel construction machinery.
Pu Ming - Project Manager
Pu Ming graduated from Lanzhou Institute of Technology in 1991 and possesses 33 years of professional experience, including 20 years as a TBM operator, 2 years as a TBM tunnel construction supervisor, and 4 years as the chief of TBM tunnel construction. He has participated in various international subway and TBM projects, detailed as follows:
Porto Subway: Utilized a German-made TBM with a diameter of 10.5 meters, navigating through complex geological conditions such as granite, sandstone, soil, cobblestones, and groundwater. Three sections were excavated over a total length of 15 kilometers successfully crossing highways, shopping malls, government offices, and residential buildings.
Karanjukar Hydropower Storage Diversion Project in Iceland: Employed Robbins TBM with a diameter of 6.5 meters to traverse limestone, granite, sand and gravel soils along with significant groundwater presence; two tender sections were excavated totaling 33 kilometers.
Urban Sewage Treatment Project in Buenos Aires, Argentina: Implemented Canada's Lowat TBM with a diameter of 7.1 meters that encountered sand and gravel soils alongside cobblestones and limestone while managing groundwater issues; the tunneling extended for an overall length of 8.5 kilometers successfully passing through residential villa areas, highways, and stadiums.
Singapore PTEDDLS-2 Subway Project: Deployed Herrenknecht TBM with a diameter of 6.6 meters for twin tunnels across one section experiencing diverse geological challenges including granite and sand-gravel mixtures; excavation totaled approximately 11 kilometers effectively traversing highways shopping malls high-rise buildings.
Doha Subway Red Line Project in Qatar: Utilized Herrenknecht TBMs (7.1-meter diameter) for twin tunnels comprising eight sections where four machines operated under challenging conditions involving sands gravels boulders along with substantial underground seawater presence; excavation achieved an impressive total length of around16 kilometers while successfully navigating high-rise structures highways shopping centers.
Tel Aviv Red Line Metro in Israel: Engaged aTBM measuring7 .4metersin diameter predominantly encountering sandy clay formations (SM SP K1-K3) at shallow burial depths starting from just six meters while adeptly maneuvering through intricate strata near hazardous constructions.
JIMUEL BARCELO - Tunnel Supervisor
Jimuel Barcelo is a highly motivated and experienced Tunnel Supervisor with 10+ years of proven success in overseeing all aspects of tunnel construction projects. Skilled in managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of tunneling methodologies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Dedicated to fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
